Word of mouth is one of the most common ways that small one-to-two person branding agencies get their clients. In fact, the majority of the people I talk to say that 90% or more of their business comes from word of mouth or referrals.
Which is great, until one day you realize that you have no clients and you have no idea what to do about it.
