For a moment, think about the last conversation you had. 

Maybe it was with a client, a family member, or a stranger. Now think about how you communicate beyond what you say. How often do you make eye contact? When do you avoid it? What does your tone of voice sound like? What do you do with your arms or your stance? 

If you can’t remember, that’s totally normal! They say that 90% of communication is non-verbal and most of the time it’s subconscious, too. We just operate on auto-pilot. 

But what if we could bring an awareness to the way we show up in our conversations, regardless of who we’re talking to? In my experience, working on my non-verbal communication skills has been a hugely impactful way to show my business who’s boss.
