E. 10 - Repurposing Content, Hiring a Copywriter, and When Good Content Is Just Not Possible with Jean Tang
Creating a single piece of quality content takes a TON of time.
And, as entrepreneurs, we only have so much time to devote to content creation.
Sure—you can hire a copywriter to do it for you —but you can always get more bang for your buck by repurposing your content, therefore, stretching out the initial time you put into it.
Here’s an example. Right now, I write an article for Forbes every week. Because of the time it takes to create something that I feel good about, I have pretty much forgone writing anything for my own website.
But with repurposing, there are quick, easy ways to create multiple pieces of content from a single article—without spending too much time doing it.
On today’s episode, I’m talking with a long time friend, neighbor, and boss of her business, Jean Tang. 10 years ago, Jean founded MarketSmiths to provide insightful, inclusive content to help corporations grow. She, along with her team of 16 copywriters, create badass, razor-sharp strategy, impenetrable logic, and a devastating charm offensive at scale.
