When you work for yourself, it’s hard to turn it off, right?

It’s hard not to think about the client who just emailed you, or the project that’s on hold, or the check you’re waiting to clear.

But working and thinking about work 24/7 is not the key to financial and business success.

As we head into the holidays, and for our last episode of 2022, I want to talk about the idea of turning off, especially when you’re stressed and maybe things aren’t going as well as you want them to be and strategies to help you really get some rest and recharge for 2023.
